While using natural herbs is a very effective method for breast enhancement, there may be some people that find it difficult to include certain herbs into their diet. If this sounds like you, then why not make your own herbal breast enlargement lotion?
I first became fascinated with the idea of making my own breast enhancement cream when I read Jenny Bolton’s Boost Your Bust guide. She outlines very simple but detailed instructions on how to do it yourself from scratch, where as my approach (explained further down) is an over-simplified shortcut where I add the breast growth ingredients to an existing store-bought lotion.

How To Make Your Own Breast Enhancement Lotion
This – in my humble opinion – is the simplest homemade breast enlargement cream recipe and it’s simple enough that just about anyone can make it.
I’ll dive into the different ingredients later, but know that one of the first thing you’ll want to do is purchase herbal extracts in a liquid form (essential oils). You then take a few drops and mix it into your favorite body lotion. You can add as much or as little as you wish – obviously depending on the the ingredients you use and the outcome you desire to gain from it.
Some women prefer to massage the herbal extract directly onto their breasts. If you are at all worried about an allergic reaction, then combining it with a little lotion may be your best bet.
From my experience, I would say that the best combination is one part herbal extract to two parts lotion.
Instead of using a lotion you can also mix the herbal extract with vitamin E oil, cocoa butter or oil (coconut oil is one of my favorites). It is advisable not to make more than you see yourself using over a 30 day period to avoid risk of it going stale on you.
Herbal extracts also come in powdered forms and if you are using this type, you will need to dissolve the powder in something like Vitamin E oil first. Just gently heat the ingredients together on your stove. Once dissolved you would mix in the cocoa butter.
Ingredients To Include
If your goal is to increase breast size or just make your breasts fuller, firmer, and perkier, here is a list of clinically proven yet natural ingredients commonly used in breast enlargement creams. I recommend you include at least two or three in your homemade natural breast enhancement cream as well:
- Buckwheat leaves and flowers
- Fennel Seed
- Dong Quai Root
- Damiana Leaf
- Blessed Thistle
- Pueraria Mirifica
- Hops
- Watercress leaves and shoots
- Black Cohosh Root
- Wild Yam
- Aloe Vera Extract
- Bearberry Extract
Most of these ingredients are known to not have negative side effects, but do your own research if you’re concerned. Your DIY breast enlargement cream is not limited to one or two ingredients.
